Going above and beyond a typical food start-up to promote sustainability has been a part of our mission from day one. By removing eggs from our condiments, we have significantly reduced our water footprint. We also donate a portion of our profits to plant trees around the world, with the help of our partners from One Tree Planted.
On top of that, every jar of Dibble Sour Cream purchased, helps with the conservation of Australian sea turtles. Plastic ingestion, poaching, coastal development and climate change are significantly affecting all 7 species of marine turtles. That’s why we donate a portion of profits from our Sour Cream to help protect turtle nests from egg poaching to ensure as many hatchlings make it to the ocean as possible.
As of February 2020, we have been able to plant a total of 627 trees and saved 2,9111 tonnes of water!
