Say no to boring salads! Make any salad exciting with our signature Dibble vegan mayo salad dressing. Sometimes we just need a creamy and rich dressing to be drizzled over our healthy greens. The trickiest part usually is to find a healthy and plant based alternative to achieve this. That’s where our salad dressing comes in! This dressing is creamy, full of flavour, and seriously, really easy to make! The key to this dressing is a generous serve of our Dibble Mayo which gives it body and creaminess. We also suggests reusing your old Dibble jar for this method to mix all the ingredients together — another way to eat and cook sustainably! Our vegan mayo salad dressing is also super versatile. The richness and velvety texture goes with most kinds of salad from potato salad to pasta salad, completely your choice!

Ingredients 

  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients in an empty Dibble jar (or any jar).

  2. Close the lid tightly.

  3. Shake the content vigorously for about 10 seconds until everything is thoroughly mixed.

  4. Pour into your preferred salad mix.
  5. Enjoy!
